No. Your free access is guaranteed for life, regardless of any future changes to our pricing model. It's our way of thanking the people who supported us from the start.

When paid plans launch, your 10% discount is applied automatically to any plan you choose — monthly, annual, or lifetime. You never need a coupon code; it's locked to your account.

Your data is always safe. If you downgrade, existing projects, members, and teams are preserved. Any projects or accounts over the free limits become read-only — you won't be able to add new members or teams beyond those limits.

Yes. The $250 one-time Lifetime Access option is a time-limited offer for early supporters. Once we close it, it won't return. We'll announce the end date in advance.

Yes. You can switch at any time from your billing portal. When switching from monthly to annual, you'll be credited the remaining days of your current billing period.

We use Stripe for payment processing, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We offer a 14-day refund policy for Pro subscriptions. Lifetime Access purchases are refundable within 30 days. If you're unhappy for any reason, reach out and we'll sort it out.
