The service
What All Story Points is
All Story Points is a SaaS sprint forecasting tool for Scrum teams. It provides velocity forecasting, capacity management, focus factor tracking, and estimation retrospectives. It is deliberately not a project management tool — it does not store backlog items, manage tickets, or replace Jira, Linear, or any task tracker.
The service is provided by Pixel Target Krzysztof Binkiewicz, sole proprietorship, VAT ID PL9542542050, Katowice, Poland ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using All Story Points you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Provided "as is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
Eligibility & accounts
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Email confirmation
Registration requires a valid email address and email confirmation before first login. One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Plans & payments
Plans available
- Free (early adopter) — permanent free access for accounts registered during the early-adopter period. No credit card required, no time limit.
- Pro monthly / annual — recurring subscription processed by Stripe. Annual billing includes a discount applied at checkout.
- Lifetime — one-time payment granting permanent Pro-level access.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.
Subscriptions & cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account — access continues until the current period ends. No partial refunds for unused time beyond the 14-day window.
14-day refund guarantee
If you're not satisfied within 14 days of a paid plan purchase, contact us at hello@allstorypoints.com for a full refund. After 14 days, purchases are final. Early-adopter discounts are applied to the account and are non-transferable.
Acceptable use
You may use All Story Points for personal, team, or business sprint planning purposes. The following are prohibited:
Security circumvention
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, other accounts, or underlying infrastructure.
Reverse engineering
Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any part of the service, or attempting to extract proprietary algorithms or source code.
Automated scraping
Using bots, crawlers, or automated tools to extract data from the service beyond what the API explicitly supports.
Impersonation
Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation, including creating accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge.
Harmful content
Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the service or other users.
Unlawful use
Using the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations, including EU/Polish law.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Your data & team members
Team member data you enter
When you add team members to a project — names, roles, availability — you are entering personal data on their behalf. You confirm that you have the legal basis to do so (e.g. employment relationship, consent) and that you comply with applicable data protection law, including GDPR where it applies.
Aliases are fully supported — you are never required to use real names. All Story Points processes this data solely to provide the service to you. For details see the Privacy Policy.
Ownership
Sprint data, team configurations, and all content you enter remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your data. All Story Points retains the data you enter only as long as necessary to provide the service — and you can delete everything at any time from your profile.
Intellectual property
Our intellectual property
The All Story Points service, including its code, design, algorithms, forecasting engine, UI, branding, and all associated materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Pixel Target Krzysztof Binkiewicz. All rights reserved.
Your licence to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use All Story Points for your own internal business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Polish and EU law, Pixel Target Krzysztof Binkiewicz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Consumer statutory rights under EU/Polish law remain unaffected.
Forecasts are estimates
Sprint velocity forecasts, confidence scores, and capacity calculations are statistical estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for business decisions made based on the service's outputs.
Changes & governing law
Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always at allstorypoints.com/terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Katowice, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings.
